2 tbls butter 1 tbls oil 1 green pepper, deseeded and sliced 1 red pepper, deseeded and sliced |
1/2 onion, chopped 2 cloves garlic, crushed 1 cup long grain rice 1/2 teas celery seeds 1/2 teas dried marjoram 2 cups stock 1 14oz can black beans |

Instructions: |

Heat butter and oil. Add peppers and onions. Saute until translucent. Add the garlic, rice, celery seeds. Cook for 5 min. until rice is golden. Add marjoram and stock and cook until rice is done. Fold in black beans.
